EPREL （European Product Registry for Energy Labelling）系統(tǒng)做登記（歐盟能效標簽產(chǎn)品注冊）  時間節(jié)點：

2）在2017 年8月1日到 2019年1月1日期間進入歐盟的產(chǎn)品，則需要在2019 年7月1日之前完成在EPREL 系統(tǒng)（歐盟能效標簽產(chǎn)品注冊)的登記。

3） 在2017年8月1日 之前進入歐盟的產(chǎn)品， 客戶可以選擇自愿性登記。需要登記在數(shù)據(jù)庫上的信息包括： 能效標簽、 技術資料及符合性證明。

需要注冊的產(chǎn)品范圍如下：

空調(diào)， 風扇，廚房烹飪電器， 洗碗機， 加熱器， 燈具， 燈泡， 局部空間加熱器，家用制冷設備， 專用制冷設備， 固體燃料鍋 爐， 電視機，顯示器， 滾筒干燥機，輪胎， 真空吸塵器， 住宅 通風設備，家用洗衣機。

從 2019 年第 2 季度開始， 消費者可以通過 EPREL 數(shù)據(jù)庫查詢到產(chǎn)品能效標簽和信息。

范例：

能效標簽的注冊首先要公告機構資質(zhì)實驗室出具的能效報告， 然 后在歐盟 EPREL 創(chuàng)建 EU login 賬號， 需要注意的是， 非歐盟國家 的公司不能直接在官方注冊， 需要指認一名歐洲經(jīng)濟區(qū)境內(nèi)的授 權代表，也就是歐代來為其代理產(chǎn)品的注冊。

能效注冊分下面三種角色：
制造商： 在歐盟、 歐洲經(jīng)濟區(qū)或北愛爾蘭成立的任何自然人 或法人負責設計或制造產(chǎn)品并將其放置在以自己的名義或商標進 入歐盟市場。  制造商直接負責在數(shù)據(jù)庫中注冊投放歐盟市場的每 種不同型號的產(chǎn)品。
進口商： 在歐盟、 歐洲經(jīng)濟區(qū)或北愛爾蘭成立的自然人或法 人將來自第三國制造商的產(chǎn)品投放到歐盟市場。  它的義務建立在 制造商的義務上。
授權代表： 在歐盟、 歐洲經(jīng)濟區(qū)或北愛爾蘭成立的自然人或法 人， 由第三國制造商指定（未在歐盟、 歐洲經(jīng)濟區(qū)或北愛爾蘭） ， 通過在數(shù)據(jù)庫中注冊代表其行事投放市場的不同型號的 產(chǎn)品。  授權代表是合法的或獨立于制造商的自然人。
另外， EPREL 注冊不能是個人去注冊， 一定得是公司組織， 而且在歐洲境內(nèi)，  一個公司組織可為多個其他組織綁定注冊。
一般信息填寫之后， 供應商需要進行電子驗證， ORGANISATION>VERIFICATION >ELECTRONIC VERIFICATION

能效標貼的更新:

2021年先對5個產(chǎn)品組進行了重新調(diào)整：冰箱和冰柜；洗碗機；洗衣機和洗衣烘干機；顯示器、電視機；照明燈具。

未驗證供應商組織注冊的產(chǎn)品會發(fā)布公開， 掃描時也可以訪問這些產(chǎn)品標簽上的二維碼或在公共網(wǎng)站上輸入EPREL ID。 但是，已發(fā)布的產(chǎn)品來自未經(jīng)驗證的供應商在消費者搜索時不會出現(xiàn)在公共網(wǎng)站上， 這也意味著消費者看不到你的產(chǎn)品注冊了能效， 會有投訴風險。

Ecodesign requirements

The ecodesign requirements for individual product groups are created under the EU's ecodesign directive in a process coordinated by the European Commission. The EU legislation on ecodesign is applicable on 31 of the product groups.

As an alternative, industry sectors may also sign voluntary agreements to reduce the energy consumption of their products. The Commission formally recognises such agreements and monitors their implementation.

The ecodesign directive also establishes a consultation forum to consult stakeholders on the implementation of the directive. The list of members includes representatives from EU countries, industry and civil society. The group is open for observers from candidates and European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries, and from organisations that have a legitimate interest in the discussion.
